Return and Exchange Policy

John Xperts Store is committed to providing a satisfactory shopping experience. This policy outlines the steps you need to take if you want to return or exchange an item. Please read this policy carefully to understand the process and requirements.


1. Return Period

Return Policy:
You may return items within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be lightly used, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Inspection:
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt to ensure there is no damage or defect.

Report Issues:
If the item is damaged or defective, notify us within 60 days of receipt.

Return Costs:
For damaged or defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by our store. We will provide a prepaid return label at no charge.


3. Incorrect Items Shipped

Return:
You may return incorrect or unordered items within 60 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Costs:
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking Fee: Free.

5. Returns Due to Customer Remorse

Return Shipping Costs:
If you are returning an item due to customer remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: Free.

Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order qualified for our "Free Shipping" promotion, the promotion will be voided, and both outbound and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.


6. Incomplete Returns

Credit Balance Reduction:
If your return is incomplete (e.g., missing accessories or manuals), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of missing items from your refund or credit.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges, return shipping fees, and redelivery costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the order was eligible for "Free Shipping", the promotion will be voided, and all actual shipping costs will be charged.


8. Return Procedure

Authorization:
To return an item, email our customer service at return@johnxperts.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Write this number clearly on the outside of the return package.

Packaging:
Returned items must be in undamaged condition, in original packaging, and include all original materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) to avoid additional fees.


9. Order Cancellation

Unshipped Orders:
You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by emailing our customer service at return@johnxperts.com.

Shipped Orders:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


10. Drop Ship Orders

Cancellation Policy:
Drop ship orders (e.g., large machinery or expedited shipments) cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.


11. Refunds

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for manufacturer changes in product design or specifications.
